Context

Morehands is a US home-services marketplace (cleaning, handyman, etc.). I led a four-person team at Innostax on the cross-platform Ionic rebuild and the Salesforce-backed backend integration.

What I built

Cross-platform iOS/Android delivery on Ionic with Salesforce as the source of truth; designed the offline-first sync surface so booking flows tolerated flaky cellular networks.
Wired in Google Analytics + Gladly for product insights, Firebase Cloud Messaging for booking-state push notifications.
Streamlined update delivery with AppFlow / CodePush so non-native fixes shipped without store review delays.
Hands-on across UI, app state, native plugins, and the Salesforce integration layer; mentored team of four through the rebuild.
